Privacy
FindMH is designed not to become a patient-record system. Finder searches do not require a name, account or diagnosis. Optional sharing uses the minimum operational information needed to send and troubleshoot a message.
What FindMH records
Privacy-conscious first-party analytics record anonymous browser and session identifiers, broad device type, searches, results and actions such as Call, SMS or Share. These identifiers distinguish browser activity and returning use; they do not identify a person. Analytics may include suburb, postcode, entered age or age band, age stream, service, campaign, referring website and technical timing. Administratively marked internal/test browsers are recorded separately and excluded from main reporting by default. Analytics do not include names, full mobile numbers, full email addresses, exact street addresses, retained GPS coordinates, diagnoses or clinical narratives.
Full recipient mobile numbers are used only transiently for provider submission and are never stored by FindMH. A masked mobile number and encrypted email-copy address are retained with the operational transaction record for 12 months, then deleted or de-identified. Email domains may be categorised separately for aggregate organisational reporting without copying the full email into analytics.
Retention
Behavioural analytics are retained for up to 24 months. Operational SMS and email-copy records are retained for 12 months. Feedback is retained for up to 12 months. Short-lived application-error information is kept only as needed for troubleshooting. These periods can be shortened following privacy review.
Do not enter patient names, diagnoses, addresses, clinical notes, NDIS information or reasons for contact.
