Use the “Something looks wrong” control on a result to send low-friction feedback with only non-sensitive result context. Feedback is stored securely in FindMH as the authoritative record and a notification is sent to feedback@findmh.com.au.
If you need a response, you may provide an email address. Please do not include a patient name, diagnosis, address, clinical notes or other sensitive information.
